[Meditating is one word for it. It's unfortunate that her time spent in proximity to the ocean has lessened some of it's calming effects; it's not enough to just sit on the beach and listen for the waves anymore. But she still tries, more to stretch and because she knows she isn't usually bothered when she's like this. It's a convenient way to be alone if she needs it.
